Affect of levothyroxine on basal body temp

Hi all

I've been taking 25 mg of levothyroxine for the last 2 weeks. I'm also charting my basal body temperature as we are trying to conceive. 

This month my temperatures seem to be all over the place and I cant find a clear pattern. Previously I have been able to pinpoint ovulation based on basal body temp. 

Could the levothyroxine be having an affect on my basal body temperature?

Levothyroxine speeds up metabolism and may be causing basal temp to fluctuate.
