Levo plus liothyronine help

Hi all, I'm currently taking levo 100mcg and liothyronine T3 20 mcg daily, I would like to switch to NDT thiroyd. Which is 60 mg per tablet. Could anyone advise me how to switch safely? Do I follow the sttm protocol for levo only switching or is there a different way for T4,T3 users. TIA X

Wasimps, because you are already taking T3 you can witch straight over to NDT. 100mcg T4 + 20mcg T3 is roughly equivalent to 2 grains.
