NDT from Thailand, no show

I orders some Thiroyd from an online pharmacy in Thailand on the 7/01/16 and still waiting for it. I had no email verification of it being shipped, so emailed and they said that they had trouble with manufacturer, and took photo on phone of shipment, but lost the photo! and sent on the 16/1. I've emailed since, but no reply! Obviously cant mention which pharmacy on here

I have had no problems getting product from Thailand since 2012. They do say to allow around a month but mine always comes sooner. Of course, I don't know which one you are using, but the "main" one that is widely used is very good. They are also very responsive to comms so I am guessing you used a different one

We often close posts that were originated by people who have left - there is no point in wasting our time making replies. Occasionally, the thread might still be active and popular and will be left. More often, it is simply a case of none of the admins noticing!

I had to wait just over a month for my last lot. Ordered just before end of last year, sent by them on 1st Jan and then I didn't get it until beginning Feb. Before it arrived, I had ordered another load in case the original order was lost, and I've been waiting for that for a few weeks now. I used to get them within 7-10 days. It is very strange and doesn't seem to be anything to do with them...

The company I use shows a photo of packaging etc, sends email when it's been dispatched and provides a tracking number. Tracking seems to work on the Thai side so I can see it leaves the country quickly and then must get stuck UK side for weeks!!! I have noticed this before - that it leaves a Thailand within a few days (at most 5), and then after that seems to take a long time. I don't know where it is at that point. Royal Mail never update the tracking either - even though the Thai company has paid for registered/signed for delivery - apparently RM only guarantee to update for signed for originating within the UK!

Has the company given you a tracking number so you can see it left Thailand?

Very strange.

Do they have a Facebook page? The one I order from does. If yours does, then perhaps contact them via that. Otherwise, I'd email again asking if they sent it with a tracking number or not.

Don't think they have a fb page, it is one of the recommended sites, otherwise I wouldn't have used it, its the first time I've ordered NDT. I have emailed, and after the first reply, I emailed again twice, and no reply! 😩

Perhaps if you file a claim against the company through PP, the company will respond!? I don't think the period in which one can file a claim on PP is very long, so might be worth doing.

Have to wait 180 days to be able to complain thru paypal

That's untrue. You actually have up to 180 days to file a dispute. After that it is too late. See below:

'we require, among other things, that accounts to be kept in good standing and ask that a dispute be filed within 180 days of your purchase or payment'.

Your order never arrives.

All you have to do is log in to your account and open a dispute to get the refund process started. If you made the purchase on eBay, start here instead.

Anyway, I hope you manage to resolve it either by getting your order or a refund.
