Hi all, I would like to know if anyone has information re Rhodiola. I Know it is supposed to be good for hypothyroidism and did actually purchase same but am not sure if it is safe to take it as well as Thyroxine so it has been sitting in my kitchen for some months because I'm afraid it may interact.

Thanks to anyone who might know the answer

Hi, I have been taking Rhodiola Rosea by Gaia and Adrenal Health. I start my day with my thyroid med, before breakfast I take the Rhodiola Rosea and either after breakfast or after lunch I take the Adrenal Health by Gaia. I do not have any side effects and feel better with this treatment. I also take a liquid Vitamin D3 and B12 under the tongue.

thanks Java girl

I will feel more comfortable taking it now. I also take D3 and B12. My GP told me off for taking B12 but I'm a bit of a rebel so when she said I must stop taking it I did heaps of research and decided to continue with it.

I also take Dr Salerno's Adrenal Factor.. I still feel like crap so what can one do! I guess we suffer in silence because the medical profession is not interested.

Hi haras,

I was taking a proprietary for Adrenal function, but when I read the ingredients of the Adrenal Health which won't interfere with the Rhodiola Rosea. I take 2 of it (cheaper and you can purchase at a health food store or online) and 1 of the Rhodiola 320 mg.

I can walk up and down my stairs without excruciating pain. Sometimes I do need to take a Trammadol, 50 mg, too. But that is not all the time I've gone months without it.

But, you want to verify that what your taking is for the symptoms you are having.

Best wishes and Happy New Year,

J
