You that have been on ndt a while how many grains so you take

So I hear the usual dose of ndt is 3-5 grains after you get established so just out of curiosity how many are most ppl on and how much does it cost? I paid 16$just for 90 pills

I have been on a stable dose of 90 mgs (1.5 grains) of NDT for 20 yrs.
