Yes put it on the other day, I wish everybody would fill it in, my computer could not cope with the form so I typed feedback in a letter... this is so important. I have also sent it to some MP's and journalists.

Yes, it's been kept low key as if it is a 'secret'. Is it a ploy so they can say no-one has corresponded to say they disagreed with the proposals? Probably.

This is something our local Council are always doing. Very last minute notification not giving anyone chance to reply. Much like local hospital giving short notice of appointment so that you caznnot make it, then they can make it for much later. Thereby making it look as though it is your fault.
I have submitted my points. Don't believe in moaning and then not using every opportunity to try to get the message through with those with the power to do something.
I notice they mention Healthwatch. I think we should all bombard our local Healthwatch with the ammunition to create change.
