Need info on optimal lab results

I watched the videos by Dr Bryan Walsh about thyroid function. He said that established lab result ranges are too broad. I'm unable to access his website for info on what he considers optimal ranges. Does anyone have a link to a site that discusses optimum ranges? I had a VERY detailed lab test done and my dr. won't treat me for thyroid probs because every result is "right in the middle of normal." My question is: If everything is normal then why do I feel so crappy (it sounds like the title of a wellness book).

So like most of you I am on my own to find the answers so I'd like to start with info on what are optimal lab ranges. Any info and websites are greatly appreciated.

Hi, have you posted your middling (!) results with ranges? Could you, if not?

Always get a print-out of your blood test results, with the ranges for your own records and so that you can post if you have a query.

In the meantime, this is an interpretation of results:-

Forget 'normal' in regard to thyroid hormones.
