Signed and shared. But such a pity that you have to have a UK post code to sign. There are people from all over the world on this forum, you'd get many more signatures, I'm sure, if everyone could sign it. I know it's mainly concerning what happens in the UK, but if the UK sets the example, maybe other countries will follow.
