So had ultrasound today and the woman said it shows inflammation but no goitre. Last night I ended up in hospital because my heart felt like it was going out of this world, was hot, headache and left side felt funny. Girl who came to check me over said my blood pressure was high and tachycardic and took me in but all bloods and ecg were normal. For last few days my kneck had been feeling achey, tight and just weird especially thyroid area. Now I haven't been taking my meds for last couple of days because thinking im over medicated again (last time i had all these episodes my tsh was.12 and free t3 and t4 were right at the top of range) but I've only been on new dose for two weeksish max. Is that enough time for that to happen? Or since my kneck has hurt and been more off feeling I think more likely cause is my immune system has decided to go the attack so having hyper period.
Since ultrasound showed inflamation, what next step do you think is? She didn't say if there were any lumps but since i have Hashis which neurologist thinks and agrees (and TPOAB of 115), shouldn't I have at least one nodule/lump? Thought it was comon to have nodules/lumps with hashis?
Bit annoyed as well because I've got this slightly large than a pea and hard feeling lump on right side of kneck near around the back. That wasn't scannd ad was meant to bring it up but didnt.
