I'm struggling here, with so much brain fog and so much information to sift through. As a normally articulate/bright person, I'm finding it so hard to work it all out.
A while ago I saw a really helpful reply stating the approximate healthy ranges for all the test levels/results. I realise everyone has their own good range but a starting point would be helpful..
If anyone could post this info again I would be very grateful.
Many thanks

We usually feel best when our TSH is around 1 or below. T4 and T3 towards the upper part of the range. If you've not had B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate tested ask for these to be done also.
Slimjac, most people on thyroid medication will be comfortable with TSH just above or below 1.0 with FT4 in the upper quadrant of range and FT3 in the top third of range. Ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and folate should be optimal too, not just in normal range.
Yes we need all our nutrient supplements but personally I found that coming off drinking tea because of it being contaminated with fluoride even the organic, It stopped my fogbrain a lot. Wish you well
