difference between Erfa strengths?

Has anyone noticed a real difference between the 125, 60, and 30 mg respectively? I am about to order more Erfa, and was offered 500 ct bottles instead of 100 ct bottles for reasons of cost-effectiveness. I know the 30 and 60 mg pills work pretty well, but I have not tried the 125 mg pills for a while...so I wanted to ask if anyone has noticed any difference? I know that some Armour users say there is a difference between the 240 and 300 mg pills on the one hand, and the smaller pills on the other hand, and I wanted to know if anyone has noticed the same thing about Erfa?

If that is the case, I'd prefer to order 2x500 60 mg pills, rather than one bottle of 500 125 mg pills...

thecat, the only way to tell whether it works for YOU is for you to try it. The subjective responses of other people don't mean a brand will be right or wrong for you.

The problem is, I tried Armour for six months (November 2011-June 2012) and it worked great for me, total relief of hypo symptoms, plus loss of water weight. Then, I switched from 120 mg and smaller pills to 240 and 300 mg pills, and started deteriorating...to the point where my Fts were such as they were on T4 only.

It has been suggested to me that I was given "old" Armour the first time around (late 2011), and "new" Armour after that (June 2012)...however, I doubt there was any "old" Armour left in Europe two and a half years after the reformulation...also, I chewed the pills up, and they were dry, not chalky, and definitely not sweet. They just turned into dust into my mouth, allowing me to swallow with a little water. Erfa, on the other hand, is hard, crunchy, and very sweet so, in comparison, I can definitely say I was NOT on "old" Armour back in 2011...

After deteriorating on 240 and 300 mg pills, I asked to go back on smaller pills/lower strengths once again, but I never was able to get back to to the level of comfort and well-being that I had achieved a few months earlier...

Since then, I have been on Erfa, but it has not been a smooth ride, but rather a bumpy one...up and down, feeling better, crashing (but still functioning), feeling better again, feeling worse again...to the point where I started to wonder if this is what it is really like to be hypothyroid, and if you have to accept this constant roller-coaster...?!
