Blood tests, what to ask for?

Sorry, it has been asked lots before but I wondered if someone could kindly list the blood tests I should ask for. I have a blood test booked next week.

I'm on 75 levo at the moment and having a pretty awful time with hair loss and fatigue.

I'll set myself an alarm to remind me not to take my levo the morning of the test. Should I also fast?

TSH, FT 4, FT3 , B12 , D3, ferritin,folate and iron. You will be lucky to get them all! The GP s should advise if a fasting test.
