Iron supplement

Hello

Could anyone advise me about iron supplements please? I have Hashimotos and amongst various other tests my ferritin came back at 25 (range 15 - 300). My GP said it was low but obviously still within range. I understand from this site that it needs to be at the higher end of the range. Are there different types/strengths that anyone could recommend at all? Thanks

I would recommend spatone which is a liquid iron, supposed to be more absorbable than tablets.
