Was hoping someone might have all 3 and could give me some advice on if and how having uat affected the Keratoconus.Tia.

fairy, I don't know what UAT stands for, but dry eye can be vitamin A deficiency. It'st not uncommon.

Although I strongly discourage use of acronyms, UAT is usually used to mean UnderActive Thryoid. (Though in other contexts it has many other meanings.)
