Eating into black hole!

Hi everyone,

I have recently had my annual blood check and according to dr all is normal so bo change to my 175mg thyroxine. However i cant seem to get thongs under control. My hair is still falling out, so tired all the time but cant sleep and am piling on the pounds!

Does anyone have any tips tricks or diet plan advice to help beat these symptoms when the dr has given the ok?

Currently 5ft 6" and nearly 16 stone !

Tales55, normal isn't necessarily optimal. Can you post your results and ranges (figures in brackets after results) and members will advise whether you are optimally medicated. Post results for ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and folate if they've been tested too.
