Should I consider adding t3

My latest results were

Ferritin 85.4 (20-150)

Free t4 21.24 (12-22)

Free t3 4.7 (3.1-6.8)

TSH 0.23 (0.27-4.20)

T4 total 112.3 (64.5-142.0)

Anti-thyroidperoxidase abs 35.7 <34

Anti-thyroglobulin Abs 500.7 <115

B12 337 (142-725)

Serum folate 34

Should I consider adding t3 or not until my b12 is higher? Started supplements nearly 2 weeks ago.

Pinklady756, Thyroid antibodies are positive for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's). Many members find a 100% gluten-free diet helpful in reducing Hashi flares and antibodies.

B12 has no bearing on thyroid levels so there's no need to wait if you want to add a little T3.

Thank you, I'm going to ask my GP next week and look at getting t3 myself if I have no luck.

If anyone can pm me to recommend where they but t3 I would be very grateful, the thought of ordered online from another country worries me as you don't know what you're getting.

Have been gluten free for almost a month now, so hoping that will help.
