Are my ferritin and B12 levels ok?

I would love to know what you think about my blood results;

Ferritin result: 74.2 ng/ml (10_120)

Vit.B12: 296 (100_700) pg/ml

Folic acid: 9.3 (3_14) ng/ml

Sameera, ferritin and folate are fine. B12 is low. Supplement 2-3,000mcg methylcobalamin sublingual lozenges, spray or patches for 6-8 weeks then reduce to 1,000mcg. Take a B Complex vitamin to keep the other B vits balanced.

Clutter, thank you for your quick reply. I really appreciate it.

I am taking some supplements for my hair loss which contains(b5-b6-b8-zinc) ,magnesium marin-vit b6 and Bion energy plus with 12 vitamins and 7minerls.... my doctor prescribed these for my hair loss but without any blood tests. What should I do??? stop taking them or not?

My doctor is out of reach for now.....and I am not sure what should I do next!

Sameera, Take the B12 I recommended. There's no reason to stop taking what your GP prescribed. If they contain B vits you won't need the B Complex.
