Advice on bloods tests

Next week I'm having bloods taken for all kinds of vitamins deficiency, also for coeliac disease, I currently take b12 1000mcg, he has put that down as one of the tests. Should I stop taking that now?

Any advice on coeliac testing before I have it done?

Many thanks

Nikki

Nikki, your B12 will probably be high as you have been supplementing. Probably won't make much difference if you stop now or continue, but don't take it on the morning of your test.

You should be eating 'normal' gluten ie equivalent to 6 slices of bread daily for 6 weeks prior to a coeliac blood screen.

Ah.. I've got the test next Wednesday.. But in the past six weeks my diet is full of gluten, like bread pasta..I've never been able to exclude wheat out of my diet because I do like my toast or cereals in the morning and lunch time sandwiches.
