Test result help would be appreciated

I have had test results back and for the first time got some extra to the usual TSH & FT4

Serum folate 9.6. (4.6 -18.7)

Serum vitamin B 12 512 (191-663)

Serum vitamin D 47 (they say 50-75=adequate 75-200 = optimal)

Any suggestions on levels or supplementing would be appreciated. Thanks

Imagisal, I'd go for vitD3 10,000iu softgel capsules or spray daily for 6-8 weeks to boost levels and then 5,000iu alternate days and retest in 6 months.

B12 is adequate but 1,000 is optimal. 1,000mcg methylcobalamin sublingual lozenges, spray or patches should be ample plus a B Complex vitamin to keep the other B vits balanced and beef up folate a bit.
