Hello folks, I have just been up to hospital to have a blood test and will be seeing my doctor on Monday for the results. The only other test I had was the one that showed I have an underactive thyroid so I am keen to see the next lot of results having been on levothyroxine for three months and wondered what a good result would be.

A good result is the one that makes you feel well. For most people that's a TSH of Under one - but some need it suppressed. And an FT4 and FT3 up the top of the range - or even over - ranges are just guides, after all. We're all different, so what is good for me won't necessarily be good for you - despite what doctors pretend! :)
