vit confusion-help!

hi can anyone tell me if vits should or should not contain magnesium stearate - have read differing opinions and am now confused!!thanks for any help!

swkenzie, magnesium stearate appears to be a filler ingredient in most tablet forms including Levothyroxine and Liothyronine.

It would be better if they didn't, but you'll be hard pressed to find any that don't - or don't contain something worse to make the powder flow freely. it's used to stop the tablet/capsule machines getting clogged up.
