Mint tea and Thyroid

Hello all,

At my last blood test it was discovered that since I am at optimal for my T3 and T4 my testosterone has gone very high. I have read that mint tea is good for lowering testosterone. Has anyone heard of mint interactions with NDT?

Testosterone levels fluctuate biggie time. If you have lower face acne, then yeah, it's high most of the time. Or at least, it's out of balance with female hormones.

I went to the dermatologist back in the early 1990s because of pimples on my lower face. I was not a pimply teenager and this was really weird. She ordered blood tests and testosterone was high. At the time I was on 150 mcg T4. I've never thought about it but maybe it had to do with this? I felt good though, lots of energy but zits. I was in my mid 30s. This was a sort of temporary situation. I started using Phisohex to clean my face. That cleared things up.
