Hi I have hashimoto and I take Sublingual B12

I take B12 sublingual as I have low B12 levels I also have hashimotos disease my tongue has gotten sore on the tip and my gums seem spongy, has anyone else had this type of experience?

Tiger001, it may or may not be the sublingual lozenge. You could try a methylcobalamin spray to see whether the tongue soreness stops and should probably see your dentist to check out gum disease.

Thanks Clutter...I believe its the sublingual as the soreness is where I hold the pill in my mouth to absorb into the gums...I will seek dentists advice also ....thank you x
