The skin on the palm side of my fingers are permanently wrinkled (not from being in water).
Just wondering if this is relevant to any thyroid conditions.
I'm not dehydrated as I drink alot of water, juice etc..

Jellynpain, wrinkly fingers/palms seems to be a fairly common hypothyroid symptom. Mine were also quite orangey in colour. Colour is normal now I'm optimally medicated and right hand/fingers have smoothed out but my left hand remains stubbornly wrinkled.
Hi Clutter,
Thank you for your reply.
Mmmmm....interesting as my bloods were all within range and from posting on here considered to be ok and converting also.
The only bloods not given a result (because lab refused them) was my vit d and TPO . TPO I particularly wanted as having half atrophied thyroid. Endocrinologist says congenital?? He's extremely disinterested and tbh a diabetics consultant, wish I could be more positive about him.
My Folate was below range, above range red bloods for all of 2014 (gp didn't advise or consider),sudden drop below range white bloods (within four weeks).
Any thoughts?

Jellynpain, High RBC can indicate B12 and/or folate deficiency. Check out low WBC count on labtestsonline.org.uk
There's a difference between congenitally having half a thyroid gland and atrophy due to autoimmune thyroid disease. If the half gland you have is smooth textured it generally indicates a healthy gland. A coarsened texture can be due to autoimmune attack.
Thanks Clutter.
I think its time to get my hospital records tbh. There is so much and so many tests that I'm not getting full information on. It's like a game of 'secret squirrel' sometimes.
WBC..I'll ask my gp to re do b12, FBC, vita d, Folate and TPO if he will. The last bloods were done by a registrar Endocrinologist and not sent to my gp. I only have them as I insisted he read them to me by phone he refused to send them.
Can I be hypo or hyperthyroid and have within nhs bold results (hormone)?
