I'm hoping to get my TSH, B12 and Ferritin retested next week. Should I stop taking supplements before this? If so, how long before the test? I'm currently taking a multi-vitamin, B12 and spa tone. No thyroid meds. Thanks

I stopped taking supplements three weeks before my last blood tests, which was basically as soon as I knew I would be getting a blood test. I've read you should stop B12 at least a month before (and/or tell the lab you've been supplementing). Not sure about the others (I'm still new to this myself) but my own inclination would be to stop taking supplements asap.
