Sorry to be boring

I know that the answer to my question has been posted many times, but please humour my senior moments. Lol

I am taking vit d and ferretin ( from doc ) and having b12 jabs and also supplementing this with Jarrow bilingual .

Can anyone suggest a good b complex to go with these?

Cheers

I could do with some Jarrow bilingual! I think GG may already have it :)

I just use the boost sprays VitD, B12 with a multivit spray, which includes B complex - there's probably better ones 'tho. I hope you feel better since the B12 injections. Jane :D

Sorry this tablet insists on substituting its own words. I did actually type sublingual. Really ! Lol

Thanks Sparerib

thanks for the giggle :)

I did buy some B complex '100' - thinking it would be 100% daily needs but it had crazy amounts like 7000% and as someone said you could overdo B6 (apparently) I didn't take them, not even weekly - can't remember the make, sorry. J

I was hoping greygoose would pick up on the bilingual b12 lol.

Would have loved to see her comment.

Glad you said that! My phone makes up words and I correct and send then find it has changed something again!

Hi PP, you are not boring. I got a good laugh out of your bilingual B12.

Check that bottle because often they add other B vitamins since you really should include them especially when high dosing a single b vitamin.

I haven't found a particular B complex that seems better so can't recommend any but if you go to iHerb.com and look at reviews you may find some good information. iherb.com/search?sug=b%20vi...

See above, I really typed sublingual.

My senior moments haven't got that bad yet. Haha

...when hampster1 graced our forum with her excellent knowledge she suggested Thorne Research B Complex to me. That is the one I am currently using....

I second that, I'm a fan of Thorne in general as their products use the active forms of B12 and folate. Not everyone can effectively convert the synthetic forms, e.g. cyanocobalamin / folic acid to the active forms.

Thanks really fed up. I had heard that.

Is that to combat stomach upsets?

I think that it helps the iron to be absorbed but also stops the constipation starting.
