I've been on 100 T4 and 20 T3 (2 doses of 10) since 3 September this year. Has anyone any idea of what my blood results should be on that? Just had the usual TSH, T4 and TT3 taken at surgery.

Blood level ranges are rather wide but lately it is reasoned that they should be much narrower. Generally it is recommended that your Free T4 and Free T3 should be in the upper third. After taking exogenous hormone, this should bring your TSH down to 1.0. Here is a list from a helpful website:
Muirfoot, 100mcg+20mcg is likely to suppress TSH. FT4 may be low, half way or in the top 75% of range as oral T3 sometimes suppresses FT4. FT3 may be above half way through range into the top 75% of range.
Optimal would be low/suppressed TSH with FT4 and FT3 in the top 75% of range. But, that doesn't take into account individual absorption and conversion, age, general health, nutrition and vitamin levels.
