Hi. Is it possible to have normal TSH, T3 & T4 with autoimmune disease. Just waiting on antibodies tests but have hyper symptoms. Although mild. Been treated for possible graves for 2 years and recently been taken off meds completely. Symptoms are mild anxiety, muscle stiffness and tingling in the neck area. During the 2 year period I have had normal bloods whilst on meds. I'm thinking perhaps I have Hashimotos as opposed to Graves!

Poppyrocket, although you are in remission from being hyperthyroid you still have Graves antibodies and these can make you feel 'off' even though bloods are in normal range. It can take quite a while for your body to adjust to being off Carbimazole but the symptoms will improve.
It's not uncommon to also have Hashimoto's with Graves but you would need thyroid peroxidase and thyroglobulin antibodies tested to confirm or rule it out.
This post is very similar to yours and there are some helpful responses on the thread.
Have you had your B12 levels checked? Symptoms of PA can be similar to symptoms of thyroid disorders, and the two often go together when you have an auto-immune condition.
