Vitamin D, B12, Folate & Thyroid Blood Tests

Hi, I'm getting blood tests done for vitamin D, B12, Folate and hopefully FT4 and T3. I skipped my 125mcg thyroxine last night and am going to the hospital later this morning. is it better to get these tests done on an empty stomach (I've had toast and coffee)? Or doesn't it matter? Anything else that would help or hinder the tests?

thanks

Jane
