Quite close to my heart this one is, SS are above the law, a law unto themselves, not sure if it is true, but I have read of the incentive's given to SS to have children re homed, I was horrified when I read about it, especially when children are taken from loving parents who have tried their dammed hardest to find medical cures and not harmed their children.
