Rang the doctors for the follow up to my blood results for rheumatoid arthritis.

RF 20 (couldn't give a range if any)

CRP 1 range 0 - 10

ESR 14 range 0 - 12 - receptionist said the doctor put down this is ok...

I have no idea what these results mean can anyone explain.

CRP and ESR are inflammation markers. Your CRP is good and slightly raised ESR isn't a problem.

Thanks for the links Clutter. I'm having regular pain since August and the Doctor did say it was normal pain but sometimes the pain is just too severe and I can"t pick anything up when its happening. Can anyone suggest any supplements I may use to see if they reduce the flare ups please..
