Daughter is suffering could it be hashi

Hi all my daughter Sarah who is 34 spent the night in hospital suffering from very low iron and ferritin levels I have asked her to get checked for hashi by her dr as she lives over 2 hours away from me but they say it's not necessary why are the soo pig headed with an obvious hereditary link

How frustrating for you. My daughter was seen by a Professor of Endocrinology in London and was told that in spite of her anti-bodies she may or may not develop thyroid illness When I checked him out he was of course a Specialist in diabetes. The sooner Doctors can understand the serious of auto-immunity - 25 million sufferers of auto-immune conditions in the States - the better. We need more Functional Medical Practitioners.
