Good news to share - NDT SINCE MID JULY

Currently on holiday in Bavaria with my family. Have walked to and from ubahn approx a mile each way and many more around sightseeing. Yesterday cycled 7 miles

Tired yes but normal tired not that awful exhaustion. Before ndt was as much as I could manage carpark to my office - very short distance! Gonna try keep up on return home. There is hope!

Brilliant news! I've started NDT recently (a couple of months - still on quite a low dose as I wasn't being treated with levo or anything previously) - I hope it works as well for me as it has for you. Enjoy the rest of your holiday.
