I am very careful Coeliac..and T2 diabetic...had three parathyroid glands removed in Dec10.

Far too old than to be menopausal.

Very very tired to bones, often feel sick...(navigate around office knowing where the bins are in case of emergency...). Drained...and very down. Often told I am being mardy and idle.

Open to ideas..

Thank you

Apricot, low calcium may be due to low parathyroid hormone and/or low magnesium. Your GP can do a serum test for magnesium but i believe it doesn't reflect what magnesium is available at a cellular level where it is important.

Low vitamin D often causes fatigue and low mood. It may be an idea to ask your GP to refer you to an endocrinologist to check your parathyroid, calcium, magnesium and vitamin D levels and to prescribe appropriate levels of supplements.

Creatinine is a kidney function marker. High levels mean kidney is not functioning as well as it could.

CKD Stage 3: moderately reduced kidney function. (With or without a known kidney disease. For example, an elderly person with ageing kidneys may have reduced kidney function without a specific known kidney disease.)

Whoever accused you of mardiness and idleness has obviously not experienced chronic fatigue and ongoing nausea or they wouldn't have been so unkind.

A am known to have kidney stones..has one lot sorted out Sept last year.

Vit D levels..have been as low as 25...and that was measured the day after I had returned from holiday in the sun..(Feb13). So Vit D Levels should have been high.....(but WHY are they not??)

Little support from Medics...so what ever I do..going to have to do it myself. Not ideal...
