Carbimazole and doses.

I'm interested in knowing what are the lowest doses of Carbimazole that members take and feel good on? I am on 2.5mg x four times a week. My Endo has said that dose isn't doing anything, yet when I tried 1.25mg daily I had some hyper symptoms.
