Ive been alternating 125/150 levo but increased a bit over last week prior to test as i had been extremely tired. I still feel tired and not at all hyper but think i should maybe go back to altternating.
Any advice welcome.

Grace, they're good results. TSH is below range but isn't suppressed which is 0.03 and your FT4 is stellar. Probably best to continue with the alternative 125/150mcg dosing though. I hope you're well apart from the tiredness.
I see no reason to go back as the T4 is within range, unless you start to feel jittery, hot, and have a fast pulse. Shame the T3 wasn't done as well, because that would be more useful to see if you are converting OK.
I've read a lot about this recently as I had a miscarriage a few months ago which I am sure is due to my thyroid. I'm usually hyper (due to Graves' disease) and had been on an 18 month course of PTU, my TSH was in the normal range at 3.03 but I have since learned from others with my condition that this is too high, TSH should be below 2, ideally below 1 in pregnancy so I would say you're ok. Have you checked with your endo/midwife though?
I dont have an endo, just under gp care and will see consultant at hospital. Tbh ive been managing it myself, increasing based on symptoms and getting advice on here. I think i`ll try a pattern of 150/150/125 for the next few weeks.
