Hi binkynoo I've been on carbimozole for 15 month now and still can't get to sleep and when I eventually do I only sleep for a couple of hrs it is so frustrating . If I fall asleep around midnight I'm awake for about 3 to4 coughing. then that's me awake for the day .
Try black seed oil. Anousta products sell this. I have got a good night's sleep by using this.
Not being able to sleep is awful, I do know. Sympathies. Have you talked to your Endo/doctor about the problem? I think you really should. And if, as sometimes happens, s/he says 'a little lost sleep won't kill you' be firm. Because not sleeping, especially if it's a regular ongoing problem, does leave you open to other health problems.

I was amused by the careful listing of the 'symptoms of insomnia' ... doh!
