when ths TSH level become normal in hypothyroid patients i.e 1.0_ 1.5.Shall we need Vit b12 injection after two or three months and vit b complex tab daily?

Naveed, It will depend on the reason for your B12 deficiency. If you have pernicious anaemia you will need life long B12 injections. People with gut issues like Crohn's and IBS can't absorb enough nutrients from food and may need B12 injections to build their B12 store and may then be able to maintain B12 levels with methylcobalamin sublingual lozenges, sprays or patches but some will need lifelong injections. Vegetarians and vegans can't obtain B12 from plants, it is only produced from nutrients in meat and fish, but they may be able to manage with supplements instead of injections if their B12 levels are low but not deficient.
