Thank you very much Heloise. Haven't listened to the video yet, but does it cover possible treatments to get glucose fluctuation under control?

Hi C., this whole series of 22 videos just explains what is going wrong with any part of the whole hormone interaction. You would have to get the actual diagnosis for treatment through a functional neurologist. But what I liked about them is you could kind of track through the symptoms whether the autoimmune system has broken down from leaky gut for instance or female hormones or cytokines (infections), or even just conversion problems. Glucose is controlled by stay away from sugar and stimulants. For instance, I read that a cup of coffee sends glucose out of the liver into the bloodstream. I think it was the equivalent of six teaspoons of sugar.
