changing from t3 to armour

My armour finally arrived, how do I change over, I have been all over the place this last week stopping and starting t3 due to feeling so ill, had to go back up to 35mcg as stopping cold turkey made me 10x worse.

Do I add 1 grain armour and take away 10mcg t3.

25 MCG T3 is about the same as taking one grain but it will take a few weeks for the T4 to build up. You could probably take one grain and 10 MCG T3 for awhile, and then drop that and add in either a half or quarter grain so you would then be taking about the same as the 35 MCG of T3 you were taking.
