I take sublingual ( under the tongue) B12. It just dissolves in your mouth. You need to make sure you are taking the right type - you want Methylcobalamin. I take mine after breakfast. I'm not taking any thyroid meds just now but I took my vitamins at breakfast along with my blood pressure medicines, my Carbimazole, Vit C,&zinc combined, an A-Z multivitamin and CoQ10.
I never took my thyroxine with those pills, you have to take it with a glass of water and leave a couple of hours between thyroxine and anything else. So I took my thyroxine as soon as the alarm went off - about 05.30, then I would take breakfast at about 07.30- 08.00.
After that I would take my vitamin D spray and B12 on my way out to go to work.
I think you have to take iron a couple of hours away from other medicines and definitely not at the same time as milk / calcium products. I don't take iron but I'm sure someone else who takes it will tell you more.
