Hi Friutandnutcase, liquorice tincture was recommended for adrenal fatigue,I seem to be very stressed lately. :/

Aha - I love the kind if liquorice you buy in sweet shops. Bet it doesn't have the same medicinal qualities though - and it is shockingly expensive - when I was a girl (ha, ha!) I used to buy 'a penny liquorice' usually shaped like a pipe with some red sprinkles for the flame - last time I weakened and bought one it cost 15 pence or something like that. Couldn't believe how expensive it was.

Hope it sorts out your adrenals then, can be so hard to get de stressed can't it. :-)

Thanks Friutandnut, but don't start me of on liquorice,I used to love it too. All the shapes and remember the old hard root sticks, even loved them. So now I have an excuse to eat them all :) . The tincture does have the same sort of taste,Lets hope it works. :)

licorice - and strong licorice to boot, even various salty varieties, is very popular in Scandinavian countries, I always wondered why - they also produce a lot of fish oil and vit D
