Hello! I have Hashimotos and adrenal fatigue and I suspect I have poor T4 to T3 conversion (first I have to convince my new doctor to test T3, free T3 and RT3 to see if it is true) So I am looking for over the counter supplements in the meantime but without T4 (which causes me tachicardia even at very low doses). So, have you tried over the counter Thyroid Glandular (Thyroxin-Free)? Do you know if it is really T4 free but with T3?
