I have been having major health issues still which are all pointing to under active thyriod, my hair is now falling out and I'm going dizzy. Can my bloods change from being borderline under active ( low end by 1 point off being under active) to under active in under 2 months?

They could. Get another thyroid gland blood test from your GP and have it as early as possible. Also ask for Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, iron, ferritin and folate to be done, if you've not already had them.

Get a print-out of your results with the ranges and post on a new question for members to comment.

Kirsty, TSH is highest early in the morning, so book your thyroid blood test as early as possible.
