Would someone be kind enough to look at my latest test results - TPO has increased from last year.

I've just had results back from Genova.

Basic history: post partum thyrotoxicosis 9 years ago

settled to normal after going hypo according to blood results.

in 2006 massive energy crash following a number of infections. Recovered over 6-12 months due to changing to a healthier diet.

2008 menstrual migraines started. Never had migraine before.

2010 migraine associated vertigo. I have had 4 episodes lasting months which all resolved after tightening diet.

the latest started in Jan 2014 - I still feel as though the ground is moving ever so slightly.

2014 salivary test shows low oestrogen throughout the month I'm 46.

ongoing symptoms ie had since 2008 feeling cold, low energy, constipation, muscular aches and pains, dry hair and shedding, foggy head. Mood swings and feeling of low sugar days 1-14 of cycle.

Re salivary cortisol. Last year it was ok although a bit low at 4pm. I have a new samples to go off on Monday.

Vitamin D 80 (last year was 11)

Ferritin 24 (10-291)

Iron 11 (5-33)

T3 3.87 (3.4-6.5)

total t4 85.2 (58-154)

Free t4 14.2 (10-22)

tsh 2 (0.4-4)

tpo antibodies 178 (143 last year)

Also just had recent hair mineral analysis showing levels all at low end of nothing.

Really appreciate thoughts around the best supps or meds. I'm not on any meds.

Been listening to the Summit and loving it.

Thankyou v much.

I would try gluten and dairy free diet since your TPO levels are rising, also your Fe could be a bit higher and your ferritin is low. If I had a TSH of 2 I wouldn't be feeling very well. No doubt others will add their comments

Hi thanks for reply. Ive been wheat free for over a year but still eat oats and dropped dairy earlier this year. Have felt my worst this year. I'm also trying to get my iron/ferritin up on an ongoing basis. Should I try selenium?

Gluten free is way more than just being wheat free. You may want to try going 100% gluten free. Both of your thyroid hormone levels look low and TSH of 2 is high. I would be extremely hypo feeling if mine was at 2. Selenium could help if you are low in it.

Thanks. I suppose the tiebreaker question is...as well as dietary changes.. is thyroid hormone required or not?
