Hi

I have read in a few places that people with Hashis do better when FSH is at 1ish. Can anyone tell me where this came from? Is it in the iterature or is it just something that sympathetic doctors have found to be so.

Many thanks for any replies

SOME people feel better with a TSH towards the bottom of the reference range - or lower and their FT4 towards the top end of the range.

There is an article which says this - which you can email me for - louise.warvill@thyroiduk.org

However, the longer you hang around other thyroid people, the more it becomes obvious that everyone is VERY different! :)

Perhaps you could detail your own situation... This will help people to offer informed support.. :)
