Quick questons on labs 45 days from doctor

Hi I recently has my labs ran at the er and to my shock they told me my tsh is around .015 and my t4 is 22.0. Or 1.82 two separate tests. I havea Lt of anxiety and was told at er from ct scan of lungs I have a nodule on my thyroid could the nodule be causing this? I had simiar symptoms when I was younger and they went away after my nodule was drained in 2000 been good for sometime but thought years symptoms comes and go but never stay. My mom said the doctor called it subclinical hyper but no treatment so here we are now having to wait 45 days just trying to get some in sit
