What medication are you taking, how long have you taken it and what dose? Do you have recent thyroid function results with lab ref ranges?
I was almost bedridden for 18 months on T4 monotherapy. Now recovering on T3+T4 combination. The difference between November and now is unimaginable.
Titrating your dose every 6 weeks probably isn't helping you though. You need to stabilise it even if you are slightly under medicated for a few weeks before raising your dose very slightly so you don't go hyper.
Ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and folate also need to be high in range to enable good health and aid absorption of thyroxine.
Thanks Clutter,my tsh was 0.06 t4 19.2 t3 5.2 2 weeks ago.was on 112.5 mcg been told to take 100mcg daily ,have done this for 2 weeks but having sore joints and exhusted.
Those results look quite good. It may be that dropping 12.5mcg a day has caused the joint pain and exhaustion but I'd be more inclined to look at your vitamin levels. Joint paint and fatigue can be symptoms of low iron, low vitD and low B12 and folate.
