There are no normal results. Each lab has a reference range for TSH, FT4 and FT3. If your TSH results are within range GP is unlikely to consider you to have a thyroid problem and may not even request the lab tests your FT4 and FT3. Unfortunately the range is wide enough to include people who do have thyroid illness plus those who have autoimmune thyroiditis (Hashimoto's) which often presents with TSH within range although they are swinging from hypo to hyper. If you are above range you are hypothyroid and below range you are hyperthyroid.
If you want interpretation of your thyroid function test post your results with the lab ref ranges.
