Just to add ...if you are unfortunate enough to have a Lichen planus oral diagnosis...many people are diagnosed by their dentist ..the Dentist doesn't ask how is it down below or other places ....( not in his remit) women don't link problems down below to the Oral Lichen Planus.... So self treat for possible thrush for years or put up with unexplained symptoms ..Many GPs do not make the link..if you are having problems ..DONT be shy ..it can turn quite nasty and better sorted out ASP..Sorry to be upfront about un talked of symptoms ...just wouldn't want others to suffer unnecessarily...
